Street Jazz Dance Jam is a 60 minute dance workout, developed and taught by Barbara Miron, CSJ founder. It is a blend of street jazz, funk, aerobics, and hip hop. The class begins with a fun and vigourous warm-up followed with a choreographed stretch routine. Next, isolations and dance technique, are followed with a fun, choreographed routine. This class will improve your flexibilty and cardio vascular fitness while teaching you a repetoirre of dance skills. Get your inner dancer on while getting in shape!.
STRETCH & TONE
An hour long class designed to loosen up the muscles & increase flexibility with the addition of toning. A twenty minute section of toning and low-impact movement warm-up is followed by a head to toe stretch with core strengthening exercises. Recommended for adults and seniors. A great alternative to yoga.
