A gentle, low impact session designed to strengthen the whole body and lengthen the muscles as well as improve posture. This is a class for beginners designed to teach the basics of ballet in a relaxed setting. Form fitting clothing and ballet shoes are recommended. |

BELLY DANCE
Dance to the hypnotic rhythms of Middle Eastern music, from traditional to contemporary and learn basic isolations, shimmies, step combinations, and complete, original choreographies. This class will take you as far as you want to go! You can use the class to improve strength, tone and flexibility of the body, or get involved in the class troupe, going to belly dance festivals and shows. Also learn about costuming and performance techniques. Come and find out what lots of belly dancers have already found - that this dance form is addictive! Loose clothing is recommended along with a hip scarf. All levels welcome. |

KETTLEBELL
The Kettlebell is a unique tool used for a unique cardio, aerobic and resistance workout. Kettlebell training uses a series of swift movements to work the entire body. With a simple technique, the class promotes a safe, realistic and effective approach toward achieving high fitness levels, wellness, vitality and much more. We will start with a warm up followed by total body exercises using the Kettlebell and a cool down to finish. Clothing should be loose and/or stretchable to allow for freedom of movement. This class will alternate strength training exercises with step routines that will work all major muscle groups. A balanced workout is always recommended and most beneficial. STRETCH & TONE
An hour long class designed to loosen up the muscles & increase flexibility with the addition of toning. A twenty minute section of toning and low-impact movement warm-up is followed by a head to toe stretch with core strengthening exercises. Recommended for adults and seniors. If you're looking to learn Tap Technique along with getting a fantastic workout, this is the class for you!!! The minute the class begins you are in constant motion and guaranteed to burn calories! WEST AFRICAN CARDIO DANCE - BEGINNING

A combination Hip Hop and Breakdance class to build not only endurance but also give students a wider variety of skills to fire up the imagination. A structured routine with the right amount of flair. Students will learn to safely execute even the most complex moves as seen on TV. Friendly battles ensue toward the end of class to practice performance skills. |

Skill building is achieved through learning basic Hip Hop steps in the warm up. We follow up by adding increasingly complex choreography. The last part of class focuses on the polishing of details such as formations, lines, timing, levels and hits as well as using the music as a tool to perfect these movements. This class builds and hones performance skills by emphasizing attention to detail which translates to a more confident and polished dancer. |

Basic, intermediate and advanced Jazz technique emphasizing form and performance skills. The class begins with a warm up and thorough stretch to improve body lines and posture. The second half focuses on turns and leaps. We finish up with an emphasis on performance aspects of the learned choreography; stage presence, connecting to the audience. |
