| TEEN & ADULT CLASSES |
| ADULT BALLET: |
| A gentle, low impact session designed to strengthen the whole body and lengthen the muscles as well as improve posture. This is a class for beginners designed to teach the basics of ballet in a relaxed setting. Form fitting clothing and ballet shoes are recommended. |

| BELLY DANCE |
Belly dancing is an excellent, gentle form of exercise that effectively improves strength, tone and flexibility of the body. Come dance to the hypnotic rhythms of Middle Eastern music, from traditional to contemporary and learn the posture, basic shimmies, step combinations, undulations and body isolations. Loose clothing is recommended along with a hip scarf.

| A high energy workout designed to stimulate blood flow through all major muscle groups. Your arms, legs, chest, back and abdominals will burn to the max. Safely chisel away those extra layers to reveal a naturally sculpted physique. Our entertaining and fun format will keep you motivated and coming back for more. Forget the pain, and enjoy the gain! |

| BOOT CAMP JAM |
| This class is a high-energy, heart pumpin’ interval workout. A combination of calisthenics, aerobic endurance, and strength training routines are taught in a fun and supportive environment! All fitness levels are welcome. If you are new to exercise or have injuries, see club staff about exercise modifications. |

| BREAK DANCING |
| Learn the popular and intricate art of Break dancing! This class will teach tons of footwork, body twists, awesome tricks, and movements that will defy gravity. Develop your upper and lower body strength, coordination, and precision. Learn dynamic and explosive moves in a non-competitive setting with zero hype and drama. Open to all ages and skill levels! |

| Energetic but low impact routines to improve your cardiovascular endurance. Basic dance moves are broken down with easy to follow instruction. Class ends with a full abdominal and core workout. |

| BEGINNING HIP HOP |
| Get ready to dance! Our Hip Hop is fun and fresh. Our instructor will help you learn faster by fostering a comfortable and inviting setting. The music is high energy and funky! In a fun atmosphere, you will start with a warm-up and stretch followed by a routine broken down step-by-step which can be used for performance, exercise or next school dance. |

Hula is the art of conveying a story through graceful movement of the hands, arms, hips and feet.
This class is an introduction to Hula basics. This class is ideal for those who want a light and relaxing form of exercise. As a bonus you will also learn basic Tahitian dancing. |

| ADULT JAZZ |
| The beginning of a “professional” dance experience; jazz conditioning, respect for our bodies, and choreography! This will be your gateway to the theatre and stage! A progression of skills and technique builds you into a confident dancer while having lots of fun in an upbeat atmosphere. This rich and rewarding dance class will add joy to your life. Class begins with a half hour conditioning section and one hour on Jazz technique. All levels welcome. |

| BEGINNING STEP JAM |
| A high-energy aerobics class with attitude! This Beginning Step class is sure to keep your heart pumpin’ while working out to fun choreography! Although some step knowledge is recommended all fitness levels are welcome. Step is still an excellent workout to increase cardio endurance and muscle tone. We keep it new and fun! |

| STEP & SCULPT |
| This class will alternate strength training exercises with step routines that will work all major muscle groups. A balanced workout is always recommended and most beneficial. Step & Sculpt will keep you moving with lots of fun music and easy to learn cardio routines to help you achieve faster results. |

| TAP |
| This class will definitely get your rhythm going! Tap is a classic dance style with timeless endurance and endless possibilities. Learn the art of tap dancing through footwork technique, time-steps, and combinations. Music will include a wide range of fun beats, Jazzy tunes and radio hits. Tap shoes are required. For intermediate or advanced students. |

| BEGINNING WEST AFRICAN CARDIO DANCE |
| Music is provided by live drummers! This is a complete cardio workout through traditional West African music and dance. An electrifying, full body experience that will have you moving every inch of your body to high energy, ritualistic beats sure to burn up not only your imagination but all those extra calories. A class that’s sure to fire up your metabolism and give you a joyous, stress-releasing session. Come barefoot and wear loose clothing. |

| X-BIKING |
| Burn up to 500 calories per session in this outdoor ride brought indoors. A 30-minute total body workout that targets the arms, legs, core & strengthens the lower-back muscles. X-biking is a better simulated bike ride with our one-of-a-kind equipment design. A group ride like no other! |

| We use a relaxing and elegant system of alignment principles where you will learn proper breathing technique, gain strength and build muscle. Yoga will help improve your posture and improve flexibility. | ZUMBA FITNESS |
| A fusion of Latin and International music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness program. Zumba uses a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba maximizes caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. An excellent introduction to Latin-style dancing with minimal choreography and maximum burn. More than an exercise class, it’s a Party! |

| Y. BALLET |
| In this class we explore ballet fundamentals that also help build strength and muscle endurance. We prepare the body as well as experience the fun and joy of ballet. This class is open to both girls and boys that want a more open environment in which to gain skill but also have fun. |

| Y. BALLET & JAZZ |
| A combination of ballet and jazz technique designed to offer a more energetic class session. A great class for children seeking a faster pace than a more traditional ballet class. We will cover the fundamentals of ballet and jazz as well as build skill and increase stamina through jazz movements. |

| Y. BALLET & DANCE CREATIONS |
| See Dance Creations description. In addition, this class uses interpretation of music through Ballet movements. |

| Y. DANCE CREATIONS |
| Focus on use of music, props & imagination to create and explore dance and storylines told through music. Basic body movement and control exercises are achieved through the interpretation of music. Teamwork as well as leadership skills are developed with a cohesive and fun approach. |

| Y. HIP HOP |
| Skill building is achieved through learning basic Hip Hop steps in the warm up. We follow up by adding increasingly complex choreography. The last part of class focuses on the polishing of details such as formations, lines, timing, levels and hits as well as using the music as a tool to perfect these movements. This class builds and hones performance skills by emphasizing attention to detail which translates to a more confident and polished dancer. |

| Y. HIP HOP/STREET JAZZ |
| The term “Street Jazz” was used to describe pop music dancing that did not fit into classic forms of dance before the term “Hip Hop” came into vogue. In this class kids will condition their bodies while learning the basics of dance, performance routines and the art of entertainment. |

| Y. HULA & BELLYDANCE |
| Covers basic dance movements of both Belly dancing and Hula dancing. Belly dancing will also include intensive scarf work in order to master its use in dance. Focus is on basic body movement and body isolations while using music and rhythm. Kids will gain coordination skills as well as body control and fluidity of motion. Props such as the scarves and costumes are used to help teach performance skills and discipline. |

| Y. JAZZ |
| Basic, intermediate and advanced Jazz technique emphasizing form and performance skills. The class begins with a warm up and thorough stretch to improve body lines and posture. The second half focuses on turns and leaps. We finish up with an emphasis on performance aspects of the learned choreography; stage presence, connecting to the audience. |

| Y. LYRICAL JAZZ |
| A classically inclined class that touches on basic Ballet technique interwoven with Jazz ideology. We incorporate the slower movements of Ballet with the lyricism of the music while learning the importance of engaging the audience. |

| Y. WORLD DANCE |
| Exploration and mastering body movement are achieved through the use of different world music, beats and rhythm. Different forms of dance such as Latin are explored with an emphasis on music/body movement and the natural connection between the two. Exposure to different world music gives an exciting variety to a young dancer’s flexibility and willingness to explore the realm of possibilities. |

Y. ZUMBA KIDS

An energizing session designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone using Latin style rhythms. This class is an upbeat, heart pounding workout that will get your child moving and learning the basic steps of such dance styles as Salsa, Merengue, Cha-Cha, Punta and others. Sweating has never been so much fun!
